Paula Abdul’s departure from American Idol was the focus of Hollywood, that is until word spread that Victoria Beckham would be joining the judging panel. Now poor Paula is no more than a distant memory, a fleeting glimpse of the past after a night of box wine and Xanax. Posh’s permanence on Idol is not yet confirmed, she may just be a guest host – but she WILL be filming. Its reported that Jennifer Lopez may be joining too… Just when you though you never had hear the watery remarks of a washed up 90’s popstar again…

Vanessa Hudgens is shrugging off controversy this week, after pictures of her without her panties made their way onto the world wide web. Two years ago Vanessa had to make a public apology after pictures of her naked appeared online. This time she is keeping quiet while her lawyer contacts several websites claiming that the pictures were taking whilst she was under-age and therefore illegal to post.
Despite her recent stint in rehab, Mischa Barton isn’t the star producers are concerned about in the new CW series ‘The Beautiful Life,’ but her co-star Elle Macpherson. One insider put it plainly: she ain’t no Judi Dench, and the problem with the show is that they’ve hired too many models who all need acting coaches, especially Elle Macpherson. Mischa is doing just fine.
