A few episodes back Dina promised herself and her viewers that she would attempt a very difficult yoga pose known as the Firefly. Never heard of the Firefly Pose? It’s a toughie. Your toes are in front of your face and you’re standing on your hands. Imagine that one. This pose improves concentration, balance, coordination, and strengthens arm and chest muscles. In the directorial debut of Drew Barrymore comes a story about a Texas teenager who suddenly feels like she’s not getting satisfaction from life. Bliss, played by Ellen Page, is an indie rock loving suburbanite who stumbles into the world of roller derby by accident and discovers it is exactly what she’s looking for: high-energy, cool, dangerous and most importantly 100 percent completely not mainstream.
Starring alongside Ellen Page is Marcia Gay Harden, Juliette Lewis, Jimmy Fallon, Daniel Stern and director Drew Barrymore.

Can we get some more security on set?! The Sex and the City sequel is currently shooting on the streets of New York City – or ahem – at least trying to shoot on the streets of NYC. Recently production was shut down as fans hoping for a peak at Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda rushed the set. Bodyguards did their best to hold admirers at bay and keep the actors safe. Cynthia Nixon, who plays Miranda, even had her trailer moved as a precaution. Unfortunately the chaos proved to be too much and filming had to be postponed for the time being.
How about a peek into the life of Shania Twain, who recently learned her husband was sleeping around with a good friend. Nice! Shania’s hubby of 14 years, record producer Mutt Lange, has allegedly been hooking up with a family friend and the secretary of their Swiss chateau Marie-Anne Thiebaud. Don’t cry too hard for Shania though as it seems she has found love once again: in the arms of Marie-Anne Theibaud’s estranged husband! Frederic Thiebaud is a 39-year-old triathlete that Shania has described on her blog as “a dear friend and a true gentleman.” Well that’s nice.
Who wants to see a 60-year-old man blowing stuff up? Apparently Sylvester Stalone. Stalone has announced he will be directing and starring in another Rambo film; Rambo number five to be exact. If you’re thinking money is a motivating factor for Sly you could be onto something. The previous installment of the series took in over $18 million it’s opening week and has grossed $113 million worldwide to date. Not too shabby for an aging action star.

From her age, to her kick ass tennis skills, to her style, Melanie Oudin is impressing the world. The seventeen-year old tennis pro knocked out Nadia Petrova during one of the most exciting matches of the 2009 US Open. Melanie Oudin is the youngest player since Serena Williams to reach the quarterfinals (strangely enough she is a twin too!!)! But surprisingly her amazing tennis skills aren’t Oudin’s only attributes buzzing in the media.
If you have looked on google at all you’ll know that two pieces of Oudin’s life are causing quite a fuss: her boyfriend and her shoes! Reportedly, Melanie Oudin is dating a younger man, 15-year old Austin Smith, met Oudin while they were both training at Racquet Club of the South in Atlanta. Austin Smith recently explained the story behind Melanie Oudin’s inspirational and brightly colored shoes. Oudin’s Shoes which say believe on the heel “didn’t want to put her name” so decided to have “Believe” instead, because the belief in herself is what has taken her this far. The notoriously easy and inexpensive companion pets suddenly become one of Hollywood’s most costly assets! Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly spent over $100K on a hamster habitat!
