Taking on the Firefly Pose with Get Exercised
Promises. Ohhhh, promises. Living up to your promises could be the lesson of this week’s Get Exercised With Dina Prioste. A few episodes back Dina promised herself and her viewers that she would attempt a very difficult yoga pose known as the Firefly. Never heard of the Firefly Pose? It’s a toughie. Your toes are in front of your face and you’re standing on your hands. Imagine that one. This pose improves concentration, balance, coordination, and strengthens arm and chest muscles. Proper goals for a fit enthusiast.
